Refund Policy

48-hour window, unused service. If your job has not started within 48 hours, full refund. No questions.

Free redo, not refund, for delivered service. If the verdict was misdelivered (wrong idea, hallucinated competitor), you get one free redo. This is a better outcome than a refund — you still get the verdict.

Accurate negative verdicts are not refundable. “I didn't like the answer” is not a refund reason. The research produced a result you paid for.
